Kory Alpichi is a Technical Project Manager and Chemical Engineer with over a decade of experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs in GMP manufacturing, CMC Activities, and transformation initiatives across the pharmaceutical, life sciences, and biotechnology industries; including public sector clients.
His career spans hands-on engineering and manufacturing roles through senior program management, equipping him with a rare combination of technical depth and organizational leadership. He has directed programs for organizations including Concuir Consulting, Kato Pharmaceuticals, Bachem Americas, and Hologic, consistently delivering measurable improvements in compliance readiness, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Kory brings to every engagement a structured, governance-first approach: building integrated schedules, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards that keep cross-functional teams of 10 to 25+ stakeholders aligned and accountable.
